Gripple has an internal company, GLIDE (Growth Led Innovation Driven Employee company). All staff are members, with its board elected by their fellow shareholders to preserve and develop employee culture, to look after the interests of its members and generate engagement by everyone in the people-focused group of Gripple companies.
GLIDE House has just been opened as a training academy and a social club for use by all staff.
Gripple has no HR department, rather a People & Culture team which focuses on attracting the right new staff and organises training to ensure that all staff abide by Gripples ethos and that they can contribute, to the best of their ability, to its present and future success.
